Salary Range: $70,000-75,000 Annually

Key Responsibilities:
Shaping and guiding the development of real estate and civil engineering projects including site developments, roadways, drainage systems, and utilities.
Supporting the planning and execution of municipal building projects and multi-year capital improvement plans.
Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers to ensure designs meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.
Conduct site assessments and surveys, analyze data, and prepare reports.
Participate in the preparation of construction documents, cost estimates, and project schedules.
Support the preparation of technical proposals and presentations for clients.
Create and/or review design plans and specifications for new projects and improvements.
Perform other engineering tasks as assigned by senior staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) from an accredited university.
Minimum of 1-year of experience (includes internships) in the field engineering/consulting
EIT (Engineer-in-Training) certification or eligibility to obtain it is preferred.
Working knowledge of engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
This position requires driving as an essential function therefore you must meet the transportation requirements of this position.
