As an Entry-Level Civil Engineer, you will work alongside experienced professionals on a variety of exciting projects, ranging from infrastructure design to land development. You will be involved in both office and fieldwork, assisting in the design, analysis, and implementation of engineering solutions that shape the future of communities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the design and development of civil engineering projects including roads, drainage
systems, and utilities.
2. Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers to ensure designs meet project
specifications and regulatory requirements.
3. Conduct site assessments and surveys, analyze data, and prepare reports.
4. Participate in the preparation of construction documents, cost estimates, and project schedules.
5. Support the preparation of technical proposals and presentations for clients.
6. Review plans and specifications to identify potential issues or improvements.
7. Perform other engineering tasks as assigned by senior staff.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) from an accredited university.
2. 0-4 years of experience in engineering/consulting
3. Familiarity with engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools).
4. Familiarity with Microsoft Office
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
7. EIT (Engineer-in-Training) certification or eligibility to obtain it is preferred.
8. A passion for engineering and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
9. Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to project sites daily.
