Joseph D. Shea has a 25 year track record of making his clients successful.
Joe has conceived and managed $100M initiatives for large scale clients, and he has led a technical practice which delivered services in 15 different states. He is now bringing that broad experience back to his hometown, through a revitalized family legacy as Granite City Partners, with the specific goal of using his client centric temperament and hands-on approach to the real estate needs and property management challenges of today and of tomorrow.
Family Legacy
Granite City Partners emerged in 2020 as the reincarnation of the 50 year old Bay Colony Appraisal Company, a Quincy based real estate and tenant advisory firm owned by the late John Barr. The Bay Colony Appraisal Company embodied the love of Quincy, Massachusetts, personified the reverence for our local and national government often found within World War II Marine Veterans, and demonstrated the impeccable skill and focus of a Public School Woodshop teacher. John brought all of these values to his work, his clients and his daily life. Granite City Partners was established to renew and expand upon John’s enduring legacy.
